Refund policy

NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS.NO CANCELLATIONS. Store credit only. Items purchased from Monet D  Boutique are eligible for store credit  within 7 days after delivery. 

Discounted items that are marked FINAL SALE, are not eligible for exchange, or store credit.

Customer are responsible for return shipping .

NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed.

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition. All Bodysuits are final sale.

TOPS AND DRESSES

Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment while trying on. Any item with makeup or deodorant marks will not be accepted.

RETURNS

A confirmation email will be sent upon arrival of your returned package to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

DAMAGED ITEMS
